Since its inception 5 years ago, ARGON's services have evolved significantly and continue to due so.

An important step forward is the concept of DIMENSIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DMS).
|
The DMS concept has grown from our succesful work for companies like CORUS, CMI, TERUMO EUROPE and CAPSUGEL. ARGON is now formalising the concept so that is can be implemented for other customers as well.

The DMS concept can be summarised as follows:

 | | The first step is that one should identify and define the dimensional parameters in your production process that should be monitored. | |

These dimensional parameters can be parameters of
* the installation or machine in fully operational/assembled status
* the individual components of that machine/installation
* the final assembled product at the end of the manufacturing process
* the components of the assembled product.
* the environment in which the installation/machine operates

| | The next step is to design measurement procedures for each of these components, and to automate as far as possible the measurement and the reporting. | |
